The Cad-Cam Department at Hunter Machine Inc. uses the latest version of Master Cam software along with a fully integrated network connecting programming directly to the cnc machining centers. Master Cam software allows us the capability of programming our lathes and mills using 3D surfacing and solid molding capabilities. By using Master CAM software our Cad Department can convert most of your file formats including .IGES, .DWG, .DXF, .SAT, .SLDPRT and .SLDDRW.

REVERSE ENGINERING:

No drawings, no problem! Our customers frequently provide us with nothing more than a sample part. Our highly skilled staff will take measurements and observations using the most sophisticated inspection techniques available. This data will then be translated into extremely accurate CAD files. Hunter Machine utilizes Master Cam CAD/CAM software with powerful 3D surfacing and solid molding capabilities.

We can accept your files in many formats including .IGES, .DWG, .DXF, .SAT, .SLDPRT and .SLDDRW. These files can be converted to G-Code and loaded directly into our machining centers via a completely intergraded network.
